April 30, 2025 – Changes to Residential Tenancies Program
The remaining amendments to Bill 467 will go into effect on Wednesday, April 30, 2025. These changes include:
- Changing eviction timelines for non-payment of rent
- Terminating a tenancy for problematic behaviour
- Publishing of some Director’s Orders
- Landlord’s rules in land-lease communities
- Landlord contact information
- Serving of documents by email
