Who We Are

RHPNS is dedicated to representing the interests of Nova Scotia’s residential investment property owners and managers by developing Advocacy, Education and Membership Services initiatives that provide members with tangible long-term benefits.

Established in 1978, RHPNS, Nova Scotia’s Positive Voice for Landlords, collaborates with industry stakeholders including all levels of government to ensure policy initiative outcomes result in a balanced and competitive marketplace.

For our contribution to the betterment of Nova Scotia’s apartment rental sector, the Canadian Federation of Apartment Association awarded RHPNS with their Association of the Year award.

RHPNS believes there is strength in numbers, when RHPNS speaks on industry issues stakeholders listen.
