Investment Property Owners of Nova Scotia is now Rental Housing Providers Nova Scotia
After 44 years, the board of directors of the Investment Property Owners Association of Nova Scotia (IPOANS) decided on a new name for our organization.
We are now Rental Housing Providers Nova Scotia (RHPNS). We made this change to more closely capture what you and our other members actually do: provide rental housing for Nova Scotians.
We have more than a new name to share, however. The work of Rental Housing Providers Nova Scotia for the rest of this decade will be guided by our new Vision 2030 document. This document was prepared by and for members of RHPNS after extensive dialogue earlier this year. Vision 2030 outlines where we have been, the challenges we’re facing and our ongoing work to ensure the voices of rental housing providers are heard by government and all Nova Scotians.
