Support Person of the Year – Nomination Form

This award recognizes a company that has gone above and beyond to give back to the communities in which they operate. The award focuses on organizational-level community service initiatives, including volunteerism, charitable giving, and other service projects or events. Special consideration will be given to initiatives based in Nova Scotia.
