Development of the Year – Low-Rise Form Submission

Recognize an RHPNS’ member that has demonstrated excellence in a new rental development. The development displays overall creativity in the following: suite and structural design, curb appeal, amenities, efficiency and functionality of space, aesthetics as well as sustainability practices.  While having a positive impact on the neighborhood it occupies and demonstrates relevance to its surroundings, history, and residences both tenants and neighbours. A development to qualify must be seven stories or lower and have an Occupancy Permit issued before January 31, 2025, for a development constructed in 2024.
