Maintenance Employee of the Year – Nomination Form

This award recognizes an employer nominated maintenance person who demonstrates teamwork, leadership skills, resident service excellence and continuously goes beyond their job description. Consideration will be given to work accomplishments, resident satisfaction, building curb appeal, maintaining positive relationships with residents and for maintaining a safe building environment.
