Development of the Year – High-Rise – Nomination Form

This award recognizes an RHPNS member that has demonstrated excellence in the development of a new high-rise rental property. The nominated development should exhibit overall creativity and excellence in areas such as suite and structural design, curb appeal, amenities, efficiency and functionality of space, aesthetics, and sustainability practices.

To qualify, the development must be seven storeys or higher and have received an Occupancy Permit prior to January 31, 2026, for a project constructed in 2025.
