Bauld Insurance is a Nova Scotia based, family-owned and -operated insurance company. They specialize in client-based solutions and are always looking for innovative ways to provide a value-added solution together for their clients.
We got to know Bauld Insurance well after insuring a couple of multi-residential properties with them. Steve and his team work very closely with their clients and work hard to understand the specifics of the individual properties to identify and provide the best options for their clients. Several years ago, insurance rates started to climb and Bauld worked in partnership with their multi-res clients to respond to the changing environment in a proactive way by developing the Premium Property Owner Insurance Program, and then out of that the Cheep Insurance Apartment Protection Program to provide affordable tenant’s insurance to tenants living in these buildings.
Bauld has also provided us with working documents for incident reporting, snow clearing logs, storm protection etc. They are providing support we didn’t even realize was missing to help us mitigate our risk – and we are so grateful to know they have our back!
